Leiva & Marks, P.L.C. is a litigation law firm. In other words, our attorneys specialize in preparing for and taking cases to trial. Prior to forming Leiva & Marks, our attorneys gained their valuable litigation experience working at various litigation firms that litigated cases ranging from defending physicians in medical malpractice suits to defending insurance companies, to representing plaintiff’s in wrongful death suits, to representing individuals in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Our attorneys practice throughout Northern Virginia and on any given day you can find our attorneys arguing a motion in a wrongful death suit and the next day representing a witness in a Federal Grand Jury. The attorneys at Leiva & Marks are also active in their legal community with one of our attorneys named an "up and comer" in the Legal Profession by Virginia’s Lawyers Weekly while another is the President-Elect of a Statewide bar organization.
